Job Description
We’re seeking a super-talented E-commerce Business Analyst to join our Commercial - Direct Sales team at Our Client. Reporting to the Analytics & Insights team lead, you’ll be one of the team members dedicated to Our Client's product line. What will your workday look like? As an E-commerce Business Analyst, you will be crucial in analyzing and interpreting data related to our products, customers, website performance, and marketing campaigns. Your insights will directly contribute to improving our customer experience and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
SQL Queries: Create and execute advanced SQL queries to extract and analyze data from various sources.
Deep-dive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover actionable insights.
Global Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to analyze consumer behavior, product performance, and campaign results.
BI Dashboards: Characterize and support the development of BI dashboards to visualize data and track key metrics.
Strategic Recommendations: Identify trends and provide recommendations to enhance sales and overall performance.
Requirements
Experience: 2+ Years experience as a data analyst (prior experience in eCommerce is a plus).
SQL Skills: Fully proficient with SQL and experience in querying large, complex data sets - a must.
Excel Skills: Highly proficient Excel skills - a must.
BI Tools: Experience with BI tools.
Language: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Education: BSc/BA in a highly quantitative field such as mathematics, Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Industrial Engineering, and Management.
