NetSuite Logistics Analyst
This role is ideal for someone who understands logistics processes inside a global organization and can translate operational needs into efficient NetSuite solutions across Sales, Inventory and Fulfillment.
Role Overview
As a NetSuite Logistics Analyst, you will act as the primary point of contact for all NetSuite logistics-related matters. You will collaborate with international teams, support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot functional issues, and drive continuous improvement across logistics workflows. A key part of the role involves managing integrations with third-party systems (WMS, 3PL, EDI, couriers) and supporting process optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main support partner for NetSuite logistics processes in a global environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Sales Orders, Inventory Management and Fulfillment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new NetSuite solutions.
- Maintain and enhance NetSuite integrations with external systems (WMS, 3PL, EDI, courier platforms, etc.).
- Analyze business requirements and prepare functional specifications for system improvements.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance and smooth process flow in logistics operations.
- Deliver training, documentation and onboarding for end-users on new functionalities.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a NetSuite Analyst or in a similar functional role.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite Sales, Inventory and Fulfillment modules.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite integrations and third-party interfaces.
- Solid understanding of logistics processes in international companies (order-to-cash, inventory control, fulfillment).
- Ability to manage support tickets, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in cross-cultural teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SuiteScript, workflows or customizations.
- Familiarity with EDI processes and 3PL/WMS systems.
- Experience in continuous improvement projects within ERP environments.
