Senior ERP Transformation Lead – IFS Cloud

About the Offer

We are currently looking for a Senior ERP Transformation Lead – IFS Cloud to lead a large-scale business and ERP modernisation initiative for a major Nordic enterprise. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.

This is a high-impact leadership assignment with direct exposure to executive stakeholders. You will own a strategic programme moving legacy IFS environments to IFS Cloud across Finance, Human Resources, Procurement & Supplier Management and enterprise-wide business processes. The goal goes beyond modernising the ERP landscape: it includes transforming business processes, governance and ways of working across multiple countries and stakeholder groups.

Key Details:

• Rate: up to 43 EUR/h (B2B)

• Work Model: 100% remote, full-time (37.5h/week)

• Location: Remote (client based in Finland)

• Start: ASAP

• Recruitment process: interview with our partner, followed by interviews with the end client

Responsibilities:

• Lead a complex ERP transformation programme end-to-end

• Drive the migration from legacy IFS to IFS Cloud

• Act as the bridge between business and technology teams

• Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives

• Establish governance, alignment and decision-making across the organisation

• Lead change management and business transformation activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading large-scale ERP transformation programmes

• Strong IFS / IFS Cloud transformation experience

• Background in business transformation and organisational change

• Experience working directly with executive stakeholders

• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in multinational, complex business environments

• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Finnish language skills

• Change leadership and executive advisory experience
