SAP Cash Management Consultant (Bank Management, BCM, FI)

About the Offer

We are currently looking for an SAP Cash Management Functional Expert to join the Capital Management & Treasury area of our client, a global automotive company. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.

You will provide expertise in the Bank Management process in both SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA – configuring automatic payment runs and automating the import and posting of incoming bank statements for reconciliation. You will work directly with the treasury, accounts payable and accounts receivable teams, as well as with banks on the SAP setup needed to process payments.

Key Details:

• Rate: up to 220 PLN/h net + VAT

• Work Model: B2B contract, full-time (40 h/week), remote with a visit to the Wrocław office about once per quarter

• Location: Poland (remote), occasional visits to Wrocław

• Language: English (C1)

Responsibilities:

• Configure the automatic payment process for outgoing bank files: house banks, payment methods, payment advice and, where required, Bank Communication Management (BCM)

• Configure the creation of bank files and their routing to banks via H2H, and in some cases manual file creation in SAP

• Enable the import of different types of bank statements and ensure automatic posting to the correct GL accounts for bank and subledger reconciliation, including maintenance of search strings

• Assess the impact of new bank accounts and payment methods on vendor and customer payments

• Support configuration in S/4HANA Cash Management, including the use of exchange rates

• Support SAP to non-SAP interfaces and vice versa

• Communicate with banks about the SAP IT setup for new arrangements and what is required to process payments

• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in SAP Bank Management

• Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Work in an agile setup using Azure Boards and agile ceremonies

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of SAP FI Banking and its integration with accounts payable, accounts receivable and GL

• Experience in Bank Management in both SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA

• Hands-on experience configuring automatic payment runs, bank statement import and automatic posting

• Integration knowledge of SAP MM and SD

• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills

• English at C1 level

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP Bank Communication Management (BCM) and H2H bank connectivity

• Experience with S/4HANA Cash Management

• Familiarity with Azure Boards and agile ways of working
