Senior Snowflake Analyst

Optiveum is currently looking for a Senior Snowflake Analyst to join the team of one of our trusted enterprise clients. In this role, you will be responsible for detailing selected IT solution requirements and collaborating with architects and business counterparts to design data solutions that deliver real value.

Please note that Optiveum acts as the recruitment and contracting party for this role. You will be signing a B2B cooperation agreement directly with us.

Key Details:

• Rate: 130 PLN/h net (B2B)

• Work model: Hybrid (60% from the office)

• Location: Gdańsk (preferred), Gdynia, Warszawa, or Łódź

Your Responsibilities:

• Requirements & Data Analysis: Elicit, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements, acting as a bridge between business and IT.

• Data Handling: Extract, analyze, visualize, and interpret data from various sources as an input for requirements analysis and solution design.

• System Architecture: Create data mappings and perform gap analysis between "as-is" and "to-be" solutions.

• Solution Design: Analyze and contribute to IT solution design, document data flows, and clearly describe the "to-be" technical solutions in text.

• Deliverables: Produce key artifacts including documented solution requirements with acceptance criteria, described "to-be" IT solutions, and detailed Solution Design documents.

• Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team ceremonies, manage stakeholders to create alignment across the organization, and proactively share knowledge and achievements.

Requirements:

• Senior-level experience in Data/IT Analysis.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake and Data Analysis.

• Experience with Nasdaq AxiomSL Controller.

• Solid knowledge of Data Mapping and Solution Design.

• Ability to build a strong understanding of complex business domains, data structures, and supporting systems.

• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) for daily communication in an international environment.

• A proactive mindset focused on continuous learning, self-improvement, and team support.
