Senior MS Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant / Architect

Location: 100% Remote (anywhere in Poland) OR Hybrid (Warsaw)

Employment Type: B2B / Contract (Time & Material via an established outsourcing company), with a possibility of direct transition to the Client in the future

About the Project:

At Optiveum, we are currently partnering with a leading retail provider from the automotive sector. We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant / Architect to join their team on a Time & Material basis.

This is a high-priority, fast-track recruitment. If you are looking for a dynamic environment where you can take ownership of ERP architecture and business process implementations, this is the place for you!

What will you be doing?

• Working closely with Business Solution Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and Analysts on process and requirements analyses, documenting solution approaches, and balancing risks.

• Collaborating with Architects from other systems (Master Data, Price, Warehouse, Logistics, BI, Web Shop, Planning) to design and execute seamless integrations with Business Central.

• Creating architecture diagrams, functional specifications, and configuration documentation.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and user experience.

• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.

• Conducting risk analyses related to the implementation of new solutions.

• Managing the quality of implementation projects across all phases.

• Sharing ideas, insights, and providing technical expertise across internal teams.

What do we expect from you?

• 5+ years of experience in consulting/development of ERP solutions, specifically Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central, including implementation and support.

• Deep functional and technical understanding of business processes and product modules (Sales, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, Finance).

• Proven experience in Solution Design (experience with integration design is a strong plus).

• Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies, best practices, and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

• Resourcefulness, high energy, self-confidence, and a proactive Team Player attitude with a willingness to mentor others.

• Solid understanding of business dynamics and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Fluent communication skills in both English and Polish (C1+).

Nice to have:

• A strong understanding of finance processes.

• Knowledge of Business Central confirmed by Microsoft Certificates.

• Practical knowledge and experience in SQL / T-SQL.

• Hands-on experience with other ERP systems.
