Full-time | B2B or Employment contract | Salary up to: 4000 USD | Hybrid (Warsaw – 3 days/week onsite)

Requirements

● 4+ years of product management experience
● 2+ years of direct experience in fi ntech and/or fi nance
● Proven ability to defi ne and deliver a market-leading product roadmap—not just on paper, but in environments where priorities shift frequently and competing demands need ruthless triage.
● Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience using Jira (or similar tools) to cut through noise, enforce accountability, and drive execution across engineering, design, and QA teams.
● Exceptional cross-functional leadership, with the ability to rally technical and non-technical stakeholders around clear priorities and keep teams aligned under pressure.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a bias for action: able to synthesize incomplete data, make quick but thoughtful calls, and defend prioritization in environments of ambiguity.
● Clear and direct communicator, skilled at making sense of chaos and translating it into actionable plans, while holding teams accountable for delivery.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

The Opportunity

As a Product Manager on the SaaS team, you’ll thrive in a fast-moving environment—bringing clarity to complexity and focus to shifting priorities. You’ll own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from shaping ideas into strategy to driving execution with cross functional teams. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll make an immediate impact by creating structure, driving alignment, and keeping the team moving forward.

Responsibilities and Duties

● Product Vision/Roadmapping - Define and grow the product roadmap for your product, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to release.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with stakeholders across the company, including engineering, design, QA, and marketing, to manage successful product launches.
● Day-to-day Project Management - Support process improvements and the implementation of best practices in product development, including Agile methodologies. Collaborate with team membersto ensure efficient and effective product delivery.
● Product Strategy and Customer Research - Conduct market research to identify customer needs andindustry trends. Gather and analyze user data to support product decisions and featureprioritization.
