about the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Python Developer specializing in web application development to join our client’s international team.

You will play a key role in building robust, scalable, and secure web applications using the Django framework, collaborating closely with both local and offshore teams.

This position is ideal for someone who values clean code, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to contribute to building high-performance applications in a mission-critical industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Python and the Django framework.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of applications.

Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with peers to improve team capabilities.

Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

Contribute to CI/CD and automated testing pipelines.

Maintain technical documentation and support development best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Python development, especially using Django.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API integration and backend service communication.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with web hosting environments, ideally Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with international and onsite-offshore teams.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with relational databases (RDBMS), including design and scalability considerations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools.
• Understanding of cloud networking concepts such as virtual networks, firewalls, load balancers, and security groups.
