SCM Consultant / Senior Consultant / Architect (B2B) – Remote from Europe

Our client is a fast-growing international technology company that redefines the supply chain management (SCM) landscape for Fortune 500 companies, with a particular focus on the FMCG industry. They are expanding their consulting team and are looking for experienced professionals with either a business background in SCM and a passion for IT, or strong IT experience combined with a willingness to deepen their expertise in business process design and optimization.

Key Information:

• Location: Remote from Europe (preferably Poland but not a must)
• Employment: Direct contract with the client (B2B – candidates must be able to invoice our client)
• Type: Full-time
• Start date: Flexible
• Relocation package: Available if needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of SCM digital transformation solutions
• Define solution-specific and cross-functional architectures for supply chain platforms
• Leverage cutting-edge technologies and integrate them with ERP systems
• Collaborate with multinational teams and client stakeholders (junior to executive levels)
• Support the full application lifecycle in your domain area
• Work closely with supply chain experts to analyse and translate business requirements

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of at least one major SCM software such as Kinaxis, o9 Solutions, SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, APO or IBP, Blue Yonder/JDA, Anaplan, etc.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in production planning, distribution, demand management, or consulting in SCM software
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Hands-on experience in software development
• Consulting mindset with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for continuous learning
• Ability to work effectively in remote, international teams
• Legal right to work and invoice from Poland (EU work permit required)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with data integration projects
• Background in product/project management
• Technical skills (e.g. SQL, R, JavaScript, Python)
