We are seeking an experienced and visionary 

Plant Director to lead their manufacturing operations to the next stage of development.

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire production process, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and technological requirements.

Lead and develop the plant’s management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Oversee production operations, ensuring adherence to technical documentation and regulatory standards.
• Analyze team performance and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
• Monitor resource utilization, including raw materials, equipment, and workforce.
• Plan and supervise procurement activities to ensure timely supply of materials.
