For their Warsaw based Competence Centre, we assist them in finding an additional person to take up the role of a
SAP EMEA Team Lead
Role
- Act as EMEA Operations Team lead / deputy to Global Operations head
- Manage EMEA SAP Operations staff ( internal/external incl. vendor ) as well as ITIL processes to drive improvements to reach efficiency gains
- Escalation Management on Project Issues, CRs, Incidents or Service Requests
- Resolve Level 2, 3 Support Issues
- Perform Service Requests (standard change or service that is pre-approved because low risk)
- Create, analyze and resolve incidents as per the defined SLAs
- Execute/ be engaged into maintenance projects (EHP, Archiving, technology upgrades etc.)
- Problem Management (root case analysis and issue bundling)
- Liase with other cross functional teams in or outside Corporate IT for any other relevant issue resolution
- Drive ITIL Processes maturity within SAP CC and Operations
- Review existing IT solutions for improvements, stay up-to-date with new technologies
- Ensure System is implemented & maintained according to GRC req's & policies (eg. Authoriz., GxP etc.)
- Support audits from governing bodies (eg. Auditor, TüV, FDA etc.)
- Contribute to IT/Business Docu. or validation documents in projects/support as outlined in RACI matrix
- Plan, Identify and Execute Regression Testing as part of maintenance projects
- Train support- and emergency process as part of project handover process to support team
- Support recruiting process for internal staff
- Lead / supervise technical Change Requests implementation stream
- Be integral part of a Pikett process (related to Priority 1 emergency procedure)
Key competences
- 10 years of professional experience in IT, including 4+ years hands on experience in one of the SAP moduls (SD/MM/WMCS)
- Familiar with SAP Standard Functionalities (eg. ERP, Hana etc.)
- People/vendor management experience
- Able to work independently and escalate accordingly
- Fluent in English

This job is based on a contract of employment (no B2B opportunity ) and pays up to
32000 PLN gross.
