Our Clients include local and international companies who we supply with IT professionals from Central & Eastern Europe in a remote model.

Our services include recruitment, team building and outsourcing, as well as other consulting services for companies planning to develop in Poland (and neighbouring countries).
We would like to grow our Warsaw team and that is why we look for an additional person who would work with us as a:

 Business Development Manager IT (recruitment & outsourcing)

 Based in Warsaw (office based with work from home as an option)

We expect:

• some experience in sales of services to corporate customers (in the area of recruitment and/or outsourcing)
• general knowledge of IT processes & technologies 
• nice to have is experience in recruitment and/or IT business
• willingness to work and to grow with the organization
• fluency in Polish and English

The job is about building your client base and nurture them.

You will be responsible for:

• new business development
• servicing the clients you brought (with support of other team members)
• generating leads from clients in Poland and abroad,
• optionally: run the recruitment projects if you wish
• represent the company and grow with them in Poland and internationally.
