C# Engineer (Testing Infrastructure)

For their rapidly growing Shared Services Centre in Warsaw, we currently look for a

C# Engineer for Testing Infrastructure

the role is hybrid model with some visits to the office in Warsaw required


about the role:

You will join an international team of developers to be responsible for the development and maintenance of tools for testing the devices produced by our client.

You will also integrate your engineering skills by supporting tests development to contribute to the high quality of our technologically sophisticated products.

Your tasks:

  • Delivering new functionalities of testing infrastructure and maintaining them using C# programming language. This includes tools to interact with our fitting software for our client products;  GUI automation tools and tools interfacing our Matlab testing framework
  • Develop unit tests to ensure that our C# tools are continuously working with the hearing devices systems and the Matlab tools
  • Contribute to define the infrastructure roadmap in the short, mid and long term
  • Readiness to support implementation and maintain automated tests, including tools for the test infrastructure
  • Collaborate closely with software developers, experts and test engineers
  • Contribute to the R&D development process and interdisciplinary agile rituals (e.g., planning, review, etc.)


Key requirements:

  • BSc. or MSc degree in software engineering, computer science or similar disciplines
  • At least 3 years of experience as C# developer, preferably desktop application in a regulated industry,
  • Independent and teamwork attitude

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Matlab environment
  • Hands-on experience with automated tests and environments
  • Skills related to hardware and technical equipment
  • Good communication skills in English
