For our client, a CEE region market leader in the automotive industry (spare parts distribution) and the one of the top companies in their sector in Europe we are currently looking for a: 

Hybris Technical Leader

Your responsibilities:

• Delivering development of core e-commerce platform
• Maintaining the operational level of the e-commerce platform in a high SLA and security regime
• Collecting requirements from key clients and recommending solutions
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends
• Cooperation with other teams on design / technical standards within individual technological expert teams (space teams)
• Promoting agile work in the Scrum methodology
• Developing and promoting technical strategy of B2B e-commerce in the organization
• Line management, team hiring, regular support for the development of people in the team by proposing technical development paths (courses, certificates, etc.)
• Managing team of 20+ developers, test automation specialists and third line support engineers

Our requirements:

• Developer’s experience with SAP Hybris (+7 years)
• At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Leader
• Knowledge of Java (11, 17) and frameworks/tools such as Spring, Spring Boot, Maven, Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Developer-oriented knowledge of DevOps activities like.: Docker, Kubernetes (kubectl basics)
• Problem solver, not a problem finder.
• Good communicator with excellent proficiency in oral and written English
• An open-minded and self-organized person with a „Can do” attitude.
• Analytical mind with the ability to interpret technical solutions.
• A person who has a technical background and also can talk to business folks.
• Understand the advantages and disadvantages of cloud and on-prem architecture and their integration

Nice to have:

• Experience with building automation tools, like.: Gitlab pipelines
• Experience in front-end technologies.: React, Lerna, Webpack, jQuery
• Apache Kafka
