For their rapidly growing Shared Services Centre in Warsaw, we currently look for a

Performance Tests Automation Engineer (Matlab)

this job is based on contract of employment ('umowa o pracę) and requires hybrid work in the Warsaw office

Key competences required

• BSc. or MSc degree in an engineering discipline
• 2+ years of industrial experience in one or more of the following areas: (audio) signal processing, electro-acoustics, hardware-in-the-loop testing
• Hands-on experience with automated tests and environments
• Programming skills in Matlab
• Interested in working with audio/electroacoustic measurement equipment and tools
• Independent and team work attitude
• Good communication skills in English

Nice to have:

• Programming skills in C#, Python

Key responsibilities:

• Verifying performace and functional aspects of the hearing systems (hearing instruments, accessories, apps and fitting software) as sound quality, health monitoring and overall system
• Maintain and improve the automated test environment and prepare it for different test phases
• Improve test cases and test criteria together with domain experts
• Analysis and investigation of test results, reporting to stakeholders
• Developing verification concepts for new features in hearing devices and their interaction with mobile devices, apps and other accessories
• Close collaboration with software developers, domain experts and other test engineers
• Contribute to the R&D development process and interdisciplinary agile rituals (e.g. planning, review, etc.)
• Occasional trips to the Clients headquarters in Western Europe

Conditions

• Salary: 18 000 -22 000 PLN gross
• Contract of employment only, no B2B contracts
