We look for a new Business Development Manager IT (recruitment & outsourcing)
FULLY REMOTE
We offer:

We expect:
- some experience in sales of services to corporate customers (preferably internationally)
- general knowledge of IT processes & technologies
- nice to have is experience in recruitment and/or IT business
- willingness to work and to grow with the organization
The job is about building your client base and nurture them.
You will be responsible for:
- new business development
- servicing the clients you brought (with support of other team members)
- generating leads from clients in Poland and abroad,
- optionally: run the recruitment projects if you wish
- represent the company and grow with them in Poland and internationally.
