We look for a new Business Development Manager IT (recruitment & outsourcing)

FULLY REMOTE

We offer:

We expect:

  • some experience in sales of services to corporate customers (preferably internationally)
  • general knowledge of IT processes & technologies
  • nice to have is experience in recruitment and/or IT business
  • willingness to work and to grow with the organization

The job is about building your client base and nurture them.

You will be responsible for:

  • new business development
  • servicing the clients you brought (with support of other team members)
  • generating leads from clients in Poland and abroad,
  • optionally: run the recruitment projects if you wish
  • represent the company and grow with them in Poland and internationally.
